Where do you ship to?

We ship our products anywhere in the UK that Royal Mail deliver to.

How long does delivery take?

We work to a 7 working day turnaround from the point of order, although orders are usually sent out much quicker.
We ship using Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class and Tracked 24. Your order will often arrives within the time stated by Royal Mail, however due to many factors this can occasionally take longer.
Ami’s Bakehouse do not take responsibility for shipping delays caused by Royal Mail or any other shipping provider.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! You can collect your order. Please contact us after you have completed your order to arrange a suitable day and time for collection.

I live locally, can I get my Ami’s Bakehouse fix from anywhere else?

Yes you can! We proudly stock Anthony’s of Wellington Butchers & Farm Shop and Kinch’s Coffee Bar (located on Market Street, Wellington, Telford).
They currently have a fresh batch of our assorted cakes on Thursday each week.

Do you cater for allergies and intolerances?

All of the 14 main allergens are used in the Ami’s Bakehouse kitchen.

Celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts) are all used in our kitchen therefore we cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not take place and if you have an allergy or intolerance to any of these allergens we advise that our products may not be right for you.

What is your food hygiene rating?

We are very proud to have been awarded a 5* hygiene rating from Telford and Wrekin Council.

Can I order a celebration cake?

Yes we offer buttercream decorated cakes for all occasions. Please allow as much notice as possible when enquiring about your celebration cake. You can submit an enquiry through our website or through our Instagram and Facebook pages.

All orders require a £10 non refundable deposit before your booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is then payable upon collection of your cake.

I’m not happy with my order.

We know you’ll be delighted with our delicious baked goods but please contact us should you have any concerns about your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
